Account
-Unless you received prior permission from Harvest Traffic Coop, you may only register for one account. You may not hand over or sell your account, and you may not log into someone elses account.
-Only you may use your Harvest Traffic Coop account. If someone else is using your account, it will be suspended. Family members and friends are welcome to make their own accounts, but sharing an account is absolutely illegal.
-You may not promote Harvest Traffic Coop in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in sources that allow it. Promoting Harvest Traffic Coop in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your account and possible legal action. The administrator may help promote your brand, your affiliate link and your Gravatar.
-You may not re-sell anything you have inside Harvest Traffic Coop to others. The prizes and credits given out are intended for the person who won them.
-Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Harvest Traffic Coop. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Harvest Traffic Coop is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.
-You may not use a username or display name that suggests that you are Harvest Traffic or any other official traffic source, unless you are the registered owner of said traffic source and that owner information can be found on the domain of the website.
Advertising Rules
Ads in all languages are allowed, as long as they pass our security checks and do not break these rules. Before submitting a URL to Harvest Traffic Coop, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your ad will be deleted.
*No sites with illegal activity.
*No frame-breaking sites.
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
*No sites with pop-up or pop-under ads.
*No sites that trigger anti-virus warnings.
*No adult content.
*No gambling sites.
*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries.
*No PTP ads (you may promote these sites to get referrals, but not display their PTP ads)
*No pyramid or ponzi scheme sites
*No "Get rich quick"-schemes.
All ads submitted are checked. Harvest Traffic Coop has the full right to delete any ad that is inappropriate, questionable or gets a lot of complaints from other members.
Cheating
-The use of automatic programs, bots, URL cloakers, test windows (or anything that isn't a manual traffic source where other people can see your Coop link) to automatically earn Harvest Traffic Coop credits are strictly prohibited. Any member who is found using such a program will be suspended.
-It is not allowed to embed your coop link on another page and advertise the page where it is embedded. Any member who is found doing so will be suspended.
-Any member who who lets someone else use their account will be suspended.
-Any member who is found cheating the system to gain an advantage will be suspended.
Purchases and Refunds
-All purchases are final. We offer digital products that are instantly added to your account, and purchases can not be refunded.
-Buying another type of upgrade before your current one runs out will not make you eligible to get your money for the first one back.
-Should you choose to delete your account while still having an active upgrade, you will not be able to get a refund for the money. It is impossible to delete accounts my mistake or by having your account hacked into (see the bottom of Profile in the navigation menu for information on how to delete your account) and deleted.
-Should you start a new account after deleting your old one that had an upgrade, you can not transfer the upgrade to the new account.
-It is your responsible to cancel any active upgrade subscriptions in your payment processor account if you chose not to continue your upgrade. Commissions are instantly transferred to your upline, so if you forget to cancel your subscription, you can no get the money back.
-If you use e-checks, bank transfers or other payment methods that fail or bounce, your account will be stripped of all earnings and you may be suspended.
-We can not and will not hold your commissions indefinitely. If you don't login to your account for at least 1 year, we will be forced to deduct any unclaimed commissions. However, if you decide to come back to the site, you can see it clearly and you will get it back simply by sending a support ticket.
